T41P with EHS36 - Dabo - 04-17-2017 03:30 PM

I have a Yealink T41P that I am using together with a Plantronics CS540 headset. I have absolutely no problems using the two together.

I purchased a Yealink EHS36 so that I could answer the phone remotely, but the connection is unusable. The parties can hear each other, but there is so much static and cut-offs that people just hang up on me (apparently it's even worse on their end than on mine).

I have tried the different settings on the headset, but there is no setting that makes this better.

Is there a solution to this, or is the EHS36 unusable with this phone?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Dabo

For the issue, please kindly make sure that the firmware for T41P is latest.

If the issue still exist, please kindly exported pacp, syslog, config.bin files for me.
For how to exported, you can refer to the FAQ:

In the meantime, i need to check with you for several question:
1. If you use handset mode or speaker mode, will the issue persist?
2. How far away between your headset and phone? If you are on seat, will the issue be fixed?
3. How many phones do you have? Every phones have the same issue?
