[T46g] Missed Call is not resolved thorugh LDAP but outgoing call is resolved - Asterix - 04-06-2017 07:02 AM

Hello,

I'm currently experience some issues with a T46G Yealink Phone.
Firmware Version 28.80.0.125
Hardware Version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0.

When this phones gets a call it just shows the number of the caller.

But when the person calls this missed call back, it is resolved through LDAP to the correct name.

"LDAP Lookup For Incoming Call" and "LDAP Lookup For Callout" is both enabled.

When I've tested the issue it worked correctly so it's a sporadic behaviour and thus I can't provide log files right now.

I've attached a Screenshot of the Call History. (The Number is exactly the same)

HI Asterix.

When the issue occured, there was a incoming call and you did not pick it up then it became a missed call. Then one thing i want to check, when it is incoming, can it show the name in the LCD? Or both the incoming and then when it is missed call, both of them just show the number but not the name?

I will wait for the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace form you so we can do more troubleshooting:http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=313

Please note to upgrade the firmware to the latest version before you do the test, you can find the firmware here:http://download.support.yealink.com/download?path=upload%2Fattachment%2F2017-3-14%2F6%2F5ed5c60a-ca9d-44dd-a97f-c0acbd1731f0%2FT46-28.81.0.70.zip

Besides, can you kindly tell me how many phones you have and how many of them have the issue?
You said it's a sporadic behaviour, then how often it will happen?

Thank you for your info in advanced.

Regards
