Hi,
we are testing some headsets for our Yealink products.
At this moment im testing the Plantronics headset C656 DECT.
Its a headset you can connect to the W52 base and use it as a "phone".
It works great but i have 1 small issue...
If you want to use the headset to call out you need todo the following:
1. Take a W52 handset
2. Call the external number
3. Transfer the call to the headset (the headset appears in the list to transfer to)
This isnt really user friendly ...
What i would like to try is the following:
1. Take the W52 handset
2. Press the "Line" key
3. Select the headset
4. Call the external number (this way you shouldnt have to transfer the call)
But the headset (C565) doesnt show up under "Line Status" because it doesnt have a SIP account.
Is it possible to show all 5 entries under "Line Status" even tho it doesnt have a valid SIP account?
