I have a customer with 3 T46G phones. On 2 of them, I cannot log in anymore.
I am connected to these phone through openvpn : me <-> openvpn server <-> phones.

- network access is ok : when I enter the ip address for each phone, I am redirected to the correct URL, say "/servlet?p=login&q=loginForm&jumpto=status". I get the login page.
- I can normally login in phone #3.
- The 3 phones are correctly asterisk registered through openvpn (I see them registered in asterisk), and work properly according to the customer.

On phones #1 and #2 when I click "Ok" to log-in, I get no error message from them, and nothing seems to be happening on the web page (no reload, nothing).
I am using Firefox 52.0.1 . I get the exact same behaviour using an old version of Opera web browser.

If I open the web console in Firefox, I get the following rows every time I click on "Ok" button on login page :

* XML Parsing Error: syntax error
* Location:
Line Number 1, Column 1: servlet:1:1
TypeError: document.cookie.match(...) is null[Learn More] servlet:66:12

Can anyone help me ?

I'm having the same issue with the W60B Base. How to resolve?
