Per this thread, I am trying to update my EHS36 and EXP40 to the newest firmware using my T46G.
That thread specifies to download a specific firmware to complete this task, however, when I click on the link provided, I am prompted for a username and password for http://ftp.yealink.com.
How do I obtain this firmware, as I do not have credentials for this FTP site.

Same problem here for EXP40 upgrades

Thank you, I have been able to install the firmware on the T46G and also went through the process to update the EHS36. Unfortunately it seems, as if firmware 3.16.0.0 is the newest one. Is that correct?

Hi guys.
I've got the same issue trying to use the EHS36 with an EXP40 except that our phones are all T42S/T46S/T48S. I don't have any T46G phones. Is the T46S and T46G firmware to upgrade the EHS36 the same? If not, could you provide firmware for the T46S to use to upgrade the EHS36?
