Hi all,
on my T23p with 8x8, the right top led is solid red.
I have no voicemail or missed phone calls.
I have restarted the phone several times but it is still solid red.
Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to Yealink. There's an option on Yealink phones to turn ON or OFF the led while the phone is idle but normally it's configured as disabled (OFF).

Could you help us with troubleshooting by answering the following questions please?

1. Did this issue happen when you received the phone and used it for the first time? Or it happened just suddenly after you've been using the phone for some time?
2. Was there any change of settings on the phone before this issue happened?
3. Have you tried to contact 8x8 support for help on this issue?

Yes, it was on since I and installed the phone.
No change in settings on the phone.
I have not contacted 8x8 yet.

I tried to go to the phone setting via the web interface but the login "admin" and password "admin" do not work.
