PBX prefix removed when phone number is found in phone book - sani390 - 03-09-2017 10:40 AM

I have set up my PBX to forward a certain prefix depening on which number the caller is calling to identify the source.
This works perfectly fine until someone calls who is listed in our remote phonebook (xml). Then the name is displayed, but the prefix is gone. Unfortunately this prefix is really important because without it we don't know if the call is for a specific person or a general call for the whole office.

Current state:
Unlisted numbers: Call on XXXXXX[Prefix]: CALLERNUMBER
Registered number: Caller Name

Desired state:
Unlisted numbers: Call on XXXXXX[Prefix]: CALLERNUMBER
Registered number: Call on XXXXXX[Prefix]: CALLERNAME

Does anyone have a idea how to fix this? Or an alternative way to achieve the latter task?

Thanks in advance!
