SIP-T32G Prevent Headset turning off - pridley - 03-03-2017 05:13 PM
I have a SIP-T32G with latest Firmware Version: 32.70.1.33
I can't find the "Headset Priority" feature under Phone, Features tab (does not seem to exist).
I absolutely need the phone to stay on headset even after the phone is rebooted. How do I accomplish this?

Dear Sir,
Sorry to tell you that the T32G can not support the "Headset Priority" feature.
Also, since the T32G is end of life for many years, we have no plan to add it in T32G.
But the new product of Yealink phone can support the feature, you can use them if you want to use the feature.
