1. Acc local and 2. Acc OpenVPN - Marvin - 02-22-2017 11:10 AM

Hello,

I have a big problem with the Yealink T46G.

The first account is connected to the local SIP server (192.168.0.1).
The second account is connected per internal OpenVPN to server (10.10.0.1)

The phone has the local IP 192.168.0.10, from OpenVPN it becomes 10.10.0.10.

When the phone is registering on the local SIP server it sends the 10.10.0.10 in the SIP header. How can I solve the problem?

Thanks

About your question, do you mean when you register the account in the local sip server, it send the 10.10.0.10 in the sip headser, which cause the register fail, right?

What is the model of the server?
Then can you kindly provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue? So that we can do further analyze.
About how to get the three files, pls refer to the FAQ below:
http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=313

Also, how many phones you have total? Do all of them have the issue? If not, how many?

You can send the files to my email addr: Lucia@yealink.com
If any misunderstanding, pls let me know.

Thanks for your anwser.

I have only 1. T46G, the local account is registered to a FritzBox 7360 (FritzOS 6.80) and the second to an AskoziaPBX 5.1 over OpenVpn.

"it send the 10.10.0.10 in the sip headser, which cause the register fail, right?" No, the phone registers to the FritzBox, but its only "one way". I can call out, but no incoming call comes to the phone. In logs of the FritzBox, can I see: "Internettelefonie mit 622@10.10.0.10:5060 über 10.10.0.10:5060 war nicht erfolgreich. Ursache: (408)" (German). 10.10.0.10 is the IP from OpenVPN, the FritzBox is local and should receive the 192.168.0.10

I will create the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace and send it to you mail.

Thanks

And I have a next problem i would create the 3 files, but the phone make a permanently provisioning to FW 28.73.98.4.
I think I have System with branding (https://www.nfon.com/de/telefonanlage/hardware/telefone/yealink-t46g/ ). Can I remove that branding?
