Hello everybody !
I have two audio file .wav and .mp3 ( about 128KB and 1,3MB in attachment ) to upload to IP Phone over Browser.
But I can't upload because a caution "No Space Left".
I think audio file too small and I will change my phone ringtone.
Phone infomation:
Model: Yealink IP phonr T23P
Firmware: 44.80.0.80

The reason that you can not upload the ringtone in the phone is because the audio file is too big that the phone do not have the space left.
You can refer to the picture below to know the format and size of the audio files that the phone support:
