Hi all,
I am having an issue with a a lot of our T20P phones. After we upgrated to firmware 9.73.0.40, whenever we have a second line incoming while talking, instead of seeing on the second line of our screen the:
NEW:<22222222>, we get an: Incoming Call, and we need to press the down key to see the DID of the calling party.
Since this is clearly a firmware issue (with Firmware 9.70.1.20 it ok) we tried to rollback the firmware, and athough the phone is still functional we when we try to access the phone's URL we get an :
404 Not Found
File not found
Anything we can do ????
Please advise

dear
when you upgrade from 9.73.0.40 to 9.70.1.20 you need to clear the cash of the explorer. then you can open the website of the T20 again
or just use another explorer will also solve the issue\!

Just like the case of www.Gmail.com login you need to clear the cash of the explorer. then you can open the website of the T20 again
