T48G Touchscreen not working - austinh - 02-15-2017 02:24 PM

I have a T48G that when you touch a button on the screen it does not respond. Could there be a setting that needs to be changed or did the screen just go bad?

Hi,

As far as I know is there no setting you can enable or disable the touch screen.
Looks like the screen is bad, but before you go to return it please try a reset to factory default first and check again.
