Hi,

We have several hundreds of T46G (28.80.0.130) and we are facing a problem with the screensaver.

This settings is on all our T46G: screensaver.wait:time = 300

After some days or weeks (on some phones), when the 300 second are elapsed, the screensaver comes (clock) and after some seconds (most of the time 15 seconds) it disapears again without the user doing anything.

It is quite disturbing as it attracts the eye when you are working.

Reboot resolve the problems (for a time) but it is nat an acceptable solution in production.

How can we resolve it?

I suggest you do the below steps:

1.upgrade to the latest version "28.81.0.25"

2.reset this phone, then test again.

3.after the twp steps you did, and this issue still exist, please send the level 6 log for us, then we will do a further analyze.

In addition: all phones have this issue?

At the moment, we can not upgrade as there is a very annoying problem with the led when screen goes off.

Further more, you do not have any guarantees that this will correct the bug.

After test this version, please let me know does this issue still exist, if yes, please help me get the three files,then we will do a further analyze.
