So this is going to be a bit of a newbie question but how would i be able to program the DSSKeys to display the outside line status from my Yeastar S20? I am using 4 FXO lines and i am sure the client will want a display status from each line.... I tried programming each Line as a separate key but lines 2-4 dont show, only Line 1. I can press the key and then the Line shows up but it picks up the next available outgoing line rather than its specific FXO port...

for this question , i have searched and find Yeastar S20 is a PBX which can support FXO.
for phone side , we can use BLF feature to monitor different extensions' status by sending subscribe message and receive notify message from PBX side .
so for this issue,please check if phone side had configured BLF correctly , you can refer ot below guide , page 552

if configure is OK , then please provide the trace file (level 6 log file , bin file , pcap file)of phone side so that i can check if any problem with phone side .

at the same time it is also advised to check with Yeastar side to see if issue can be solved faster
