All Handsets to ring on incoming - Bristol_Support - 01-30-2017 03:02 PM I have provisioned in some locations 2 or more handsets all with the same E164 number. These are then registrered to a base as handset 1 handset 2 etc I wish all handsets to ring when some one rings the telephone number and then on the handsets that havent been answered busy tone to be given back if another call comes in on the number. Is this possible ? Thanks RE: All Handsets to ring on incoming - complex1 - 01-30-2017 03:21 PM Hi, I hope I understand you correctly… Please go to “Features > General Info” and set “Call Waiting” to “Disabled” and set “Return Code When Refuse” to “486 (Busy Here)” This will disallow new incoming calls when there is an active call.
