Pickup of Park doesn't show CID - joshua@itstel.com - 01-24-2017 08:47 PM

When a call is placed in a Park and then answered, the caller ID does not show. Is there a setting that will allow the CID to show? T46G phone using latest firmware.

Can you tell me detail scenario, just like A call to B, B park the call, then C retrieval the call, but in C phone, the phone don't show A?

There are some related configuration, so I need to know clearly the scenario, so I can help you.

Even more simple than that. A call to B, B parks call, then B retrieves the call again and no caller ID displays, what displays is "parkpos_1". THank you

I checked the PCAP file which you sent to me.
The phone dial parkpos_2 to retrieved the call.
The server respond 200 OK. In 200 OK message, there is no any PAI header contain the extension number. So the phone just show parkpos_2.

Normally, when you dial out, the phone will show dial number.
But after building call, if the 200 OK message contain PAI header.
The phone can configure to show refer to PAI header.

But in this case, the 200 OK header don't contain PAI header.
So there is no way to show extension number.
