Hi:
I have a bricked T21P_E2 and need the .RFS and .BIN files in order to reconfigure using TFTP. Couldn't find it on the product page. How do I obtain those files?

Sorry, the recovery files can only be sent to the distributors bacause of security. So please contact your distributor to help you to do recovery update for you. They are willing to help you.
