Hi there, is it possible to load custom ring tones on to the T26P phone ? Or do you have a ring tone already that starts off very quiet and progressively gets louder as it rings for longer ? Or a ring tone that is actually silent for ~5 seconds and then starts ringing ...
I have a situation that when an inbound call comes in, 2 people want their phones to ring, but one person wants the opportunity to pick the phone up first (if they're there), and the other person doesn't want their phone to ring for the first ~5 seconds if the person is there and can answer the phone.
Appreciate any help anyone can provide. Sorry if there is an easy answer for this, this is the first time that I have worked on a system that has Yealink phones. Cheers
