Phone provisioning: Display message on screen - KNERD - 12-05-2016 03:25 AM
A while back I was researching on how to get a message on the phone from the server side to the phone. While researching this, I had come across the method I need to really use before even knowing it.
I had run into an example where one could use provisioning to display a message on the telephone LCD screen.
I cannot find this example again, and I have looked in the documentation on provisioning without luck.
Any ideas on this?

Thank you for the response, but NO i cannot use this, as I had mentioned in another post.
There is no means to push a message to a phone without the IP address (They are on different WANs), and no means to get the phone to grab any possible new messages from except via the provisioning method.
I will look at the information you have included, and let you know.

EDIT: Nothing there for doing what I need. Anything else on the provision to send a message to the phone?
