I setup my T46G phone with this script "How to Monitor the Business Hours Mode State" which showed me how to set two DSS Keys as BLF's, so looking at the phone I could see if it's in "day" or "night" mode the lamp colors changed depending on what mode the system was in, now this has worked perfectly until I did a firmware update on the phone to 28.81.0.20 now the BLF lamps don't display any color , which means I cant tell if the system is in "day" or "night mode"

I got it sorted, I just deleted and re-installed them.

Dear Sir,

About you problem, please kindly provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue for us to do more trouble shooting. About how to get the three files, please refer to the FAQ below:

Can you kindly tell me how many phones you have in total and how many of them have the issue?
If is a inevitable issue? If not, how often it will happen?
