T48G Restarting on incoming call - cliff030 - 07-01-2015 10:56 PM I just bought T48G and T41P and set them up with FreePBX. The T41Ps works fine with no issues. But when I call the T48G from outside or from internal phone the T48P will automatic restart overtime. I can call from T48P and seems to be fine but I did have one occurrence where I was making an call to internal extension and it did the same restart. Not sure if I should return the T48P or what could be causing the phone to just reboot on getting a call. Anyone know were I can find T48G error log or where I should look that might be causing this? Cliff RE: T48G Restarting on incoming call - James_Yealink - 07-02-2015 04:49 AM Hi Cliff, May I know the power adapter you use for the T48G? Is it 5V/2A standard? And what's the firmware of T48G? Regards, James RE: T48G Restarting on incoming call - cliff030 - 07-03-2015 06:28 AM What power adapter should be used? This is what the vendor gave me. Power adapter Model: OH-1006B0500600U-UL 5v/600mA Firmware Version 35.73.0.50 Hardware Version 35.1.0.0.0.0.0 I think we found my issue. The adapter I have is not correct. The vendor sent me a 600mA power supply and should be a 2A. Now make since when call gets call it does not have enough power for the ringer and restarts. Please confirm the correct model should be PS5V2000US 5v/2A?
