We have several T46G's on a Netsapiens switch. When a call comes in, the 1st ring is very long. Does anyone know how to shorten the 1st ring?

Hi Thomas,
What the 1st ring means? Do you mean the ring duration from beginning to end? How long it lasts? This time is determined by PBX server.
Or you are saying Ring pattern? If yes, Ring Type can be changed under Setting-> Preference.
