Hi,
I try to set up a BLF/Pickup/Redirect Key on the T26P. I am using the german provider DUS.NET. They told me tehre is no Pickup-Code, I should use the REFER method. What ist that? How do I configure such a key?
I have BLF und direct call using the key working, but I can't get the pickup to work...

Hi Floyd,
Maybe they are saying "Dialog Info Call Pickup" in which pbx server send the pickup-code in NOTIFY message.
You can try enabling "Dialog Info Call Pickup" under Account-> Advanced. If it doesn't work, can you ask them to provide more info.
