T46G - Can the softkeys be programmed differently (or remain the same) when the phone is in off-hook status? Currently, when you lift the receiver, the softkeys change to DIRECTORY - 123 - BLANK - MORE

Sorry, currenlty it's not supported to custom softkey in off-hook status.
You can find supported call status under Setting-> Softkey Layout in Web UI.
