T20 try to register on 5062 port - mikelharris - 06-18-2015 01:30 AM Hi, I´m trying to register a SIP extension (t20 phone) to a call server (Mitel Mx-One). Looking at traces i can see that phone always try to register at 5062 port (It should be 5060 as i have configured in account settings). FW version: 9.73.0.50 IP Phone Address: 172.22.16.101 Call server: 172.22.16.101 Account configured is account1. Account2 is disabled. Any idea? Thanks. RE: T20 try to register on 5062 port - James_Yealink - 06-18-2015 04:18 AM Hi Mike, 5060 is reserved as a direct ip call port in Yealink phones and it will always use a source port from 5062. But the destination port phone register to is 5060. From the second pic you attach there is parameter Dst port:5060. The Dst ip address is 172.22.17.5 which I think it's your pbx server. It seems like that 5060 port in your pbx server is not reachable. Regards, James |
