T48 DSS Key Overlay - brandywine - 06-18-2015 12:27 AM I have 2 buttons configured , 1 is a BLF for a group ring , and the other is a Prefix for *87 to grab that group if its ringing , if I see the group ring and no one picks up , I can press the Prefix button and it goes to the key pad to dial the group ext , this works but if I want to use just 2 keys to press 1 for the Prefix and then the second for the BLF for the group , I have to press the DSS Key as a 3rd key to switch back to the DSS as the screen doesn't stay there , is there a setting to suppress the keypad and stay on the DSS mode so I can simply press the <pickup> button and then the <BLF> button without having to toggle back to the DSS screen , RE: T48 DSS Key Overlay - Elaine_Yealink - 06-18-2015 01:39 PM Dear, I think there is an easier way to achieve your request. We can configure the BLF key to pick up the incoming call. Take attached picture as an example: 1. Account 1 3002 registered. 2. In the DSSkey configuration, select BLF as type and fill in the 3001(you can fill in your ring group number), in the last field, fill in *20*(*89 in your case). 3. In this way, if 3001 has an incoming call, the DSSkey will flush red. Then you can press the key to pick up the call. Give it a try. Regards Elaine |
