W52P - KateJohnston - 06-13-2015 05:38 AM I had a handset that was broken so I bought a replacement. Now the replacement can receive incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls. The screen displays: Call Failed Via: IP Call XXX-XXX-XXXX Not Available! I have upgraded the firmware to the latest. The system has autoprovisioned properly as the broken phone is still able to send and receive calls. I am now getting a busy signal when trying to dial out.
