T38G - Ringer Device for Headset - bwhitaker - 06-11-2015 10:30 PM
Client has two T38G phones and claims they used to ring on both the phone speaker and headset speaker at the same time.
Checking the phone's web interface at Phone tab --> Features --> Audio Settings, I can find the option 'Ringer Device for Headset' but the only two choices are 'Use Headset' or 'Use Speaker'. The drop down menu doesn't have 'Use Headset & Speaker' like on their T20P phones.
This page http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=5 says the T38G should have the setting choice (as long as V70 or higher).
One phone is version 38.70.0.125 and the other 38.70.0.180 but neither has the third option. I went ahead and upgraded the .125 phone to version 38.70.1.33 but still no 'Use Headset & Speaker' option. Please advise.

Sorry but T38 doesn't has the option , http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=5 has a mistake , we will correct it.
