So, I've been trying to get this to work but can't seem to get it right.
My first question would be, is this headset compatible with Yealink phones? And if so, is it compatible with all of them?
So I basically want to set it up so that I can be away from my desk and answer the phone from the handset. I've enabled the "Headset Prior" feature as per another suggestion on this forum, but it still doesn't work.
Is there some sort of config I need to do on the headset to get this to work?
Any input would be great.

Hi, Jabra 920 is a wireless headset and can't be used in T21.
Only T26/T27/T28/T29/T28/T4x are compatible to wireless headset. You need an EHS36 adapter to connect Jabra 920 to these phone model.

Cool thanks for that. Don't suppose you happen to know of a decent wireless headset that is compatible with the above models that doesn't need any extra adapters to get it working as I want?
