I too am having issues with BLF lights reverting to solid green (available) after second call to extension.
When initial call comes in, BLF works correctly, showing RED for extension is on call.
after second call comes in- BLF flashes red (Phone ringing) then reverts to green even though extension is still on a call.
This means that no-one can reliable tell who is on a call.
Server - Epygi Quadro 6L
Handset Yealink T28 Latest 2.73.0.50 firmware
I have tried above suggestion (although account.1.blf_notify_parse_type = 1 was added in local cfg)
Do you have any other suggestions?

Just to update.
I have replicated the same behaviour at two sites.
The BLF reverts to green after second call to handset is terminated.
The above fix did not work for me UNTIL I did a 'reset to factory' on the phones.
So whether I had changed something which needed a factory reset I do not know.
BLF now works correctly after adding ' account.1.blf_notify_parse_type = 1' to local config file.
