Disable 2nd incoming call on T20P - Bobcat19 - 06-02-2015 12:05 PM
Quick question, we have a customer who doesn't want to receive a 2nd call when they are already on the phone. Is there a way to completely disable a second incoming call so it'll just go straight to voicemail? Or failing that, just disable the ringing etc so only the light flashes.

Hi ,
Yes, we have a feature " Call waiting " under Features-> General Information page, you can disable the feature that the phone won't allow to receive incoming call when it is already on a call.
