Hi Guys
I have a customer with 100 T21's. I have altered the provisioning template for the headset volume send to 53 to resolve the low send volume. I however am still getting complaints that the Headset receive volume is not loud enough at the maximum 15.
I have set up a T22 and a T21 to compare and there is a big difference when testing on voice mail menu so as to exclude any low mic volume issues.
is there any other place that this can be edited so as to boost the headset receive volume.

Hi,
The receive volume can't be changed in other place.
May I know what's the headset model you are using now?

Hi James it is a Yealink YHS32 headset.
