My customer had these all working fine until a firmware upgrade came out for the PLantronics headset, which they allowed. Now the headsets will not answer the calls. I upgraded the phones to 28.73.0.50. Is there a way to update the EHS36 without going through the Zero Touch? Having to put in a long URL seems alot and difficult to do when the phone is ringing. What protocol can be used locally to install this software? I can use TFTP / FTP

Sorry , but the only way to upgrade the EHS is using Zero Touch feature on speical version.
