T20 click sound when picking up handset - Singalong - 05-29-2015 11:50 AM
We are having a clicking sound when we pick up the handset after the call has connected.
scenario
1. make a call through the speaker phone
2. call connected
3. pickup handset (loud clicking sound heard by other party)
This sound is caused by the spring loaded switch hook. Anyway to mitigate or remove the sound? Thank you.

Had a test locally following your scenario, no sound was heard. Would you please take a video about the issue so that we can clearly understand it? Thanks a lot in advance.
