I was struggling to get Option 43 working on a Mikrotik router with my T23G and T21P phones, this guide give a nice step-by-step breakdown on getting it up and running.

I always use Option 66 for my Yealink phones. How is this different?

It is known as a TFTP Parameter - but 3cx uses it for their boot server instructions. They call it TFTP but send you to an HTTP/S server.
