Hi I'm looking to change the line labels we have on the left hand side (see picture)
I'm currently using
account.1.label =
However it links to the centre display which also displays to label name.
Ideally we would like to have the user extension number written in the DSSkey for the lines.
And the users name written at the bottom of the screen.
Is this possible?

Hi,
You can go to DSSKey-> Line Key, fill extension as Line Key lable.
Then phone will display extension in the DSSKey and display users name at the bottom of screen.

Thanks James it was greyed out in our existing firmware so I just upgraded it
