Cannot access webportal - pamvdam - 11-13-2016 09:40 AM

Good morning,

I have the W52P with 5x W52H combo. The phones are working ok and can access the W52P base. However I am unable to access the
webportal of the W52P. My web portal is running on IP: 10.8.63.148

Nmap scan report for SIP-W52P.kleefdraakjes.nest (10.8.63.148)
Host is up (0.0042s latency).
MAC Address: 00:15:65:B4:05:A4 (Xiamen Yealink Network Technology Co.)

However accessing the portal on 10.8.63.148 results in an Unable to Connect message from both firefox and IE.

Telnet to the port 80 or 443 on 10.8.63.148 results in:

I am running FW 25.73.0.40 on the W52P base
and 26.73.188.2 on the W52H handsets.

Kindly request to help me getting my portal accessible again.

Hi Sir,

Do you mean the ip address of the W52P is 10.8.63.148, and you put the ip address into the broswer to log into the web protal, it prompt "Unable to Connect"?

If the answer is yes, please use https to log in again.
It would be better if you can get the phone reset to factory.

Goodmorning Lucia,h accessing it by http or https gives the same result in the browser; ' Unablae to connect' .

Thanks for your reply. Yes I can confirm that the IP addr of the W52P base station is 10.8.63.148. And both http and https protocol give the same error " Unable to connect"

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reply, then please reset the phone to factory and try to log in again.
if you still can’t login into the web interface, please use static IP for the phone, then use the IP to login into the web to check again.

All is on static IP but:

It still doesn't work. Once reset the portal will be reachable for about 3min. After which it will reset and not be accessible again.

Please help. I cannot do much with my handsets and base right now.

Just wandering: Is your Base station locked by RPS to a VoIP provider?

Good afternoon Frank,

Ziggo (UPC) is my VoIP provider in the Netherlands. I don't know if it's locked. If so.. how can I unlock it? I'd like to use features like providing the handsets with a telephone dictionary etc. How do I find out if it's locked and how can I prevent it?

Please contact your VoIP provider to check if they do the Restriction for you. If the answer is yes, because of the rights protection, we can not help you to unlock. Please communicate with your VoIP provider about it.

I have the same problem that is: with desk Yealink (say T21P-e2) you can lock and unlock the web server from the phone (in Network). But with the W52P you cannot, or at least I have not found how.

Do you know how?. If not you plan to correct it?.
