Global Phonebook - ghostoll - 05-15-2015 11:21 PM [google translator] Hello, We have received many new phones on the type T46G. From the old system, we know that there's a global phone book. Is that to realize now? The Yealink tool I created a Remote.xml and moved to the Windows server. But in the web interface I can store only one URL. Why not UNC or drive path? Greetings ghostoll RE: Global Phonebook - Elaine_Yealink - 05-16-2015 01:54 AM Dear Ghostoll, On T46, we support to store 5 URL, which means we can configure 5 remote phonebooks at the same time. See screenshot attached. The URL input is to allow the phone to download the phonebook file. If we just input a driver path, it will be difficult for the phone to tell which file in the driver path is the one to download. Regards Elaine RE: Global Phonebook - ghostoll - 05-18-2015 02:01 PM Hi Elaine! hm ok. I've already figured out. I want to actually deploy a global phone book for all phones. What should I enter in the URL, so that the phone on our Windows Server "z:\Yealink\RemotePhonebook.xml"? If I make a change in the XML, the phones are automatically synchronized? Regards Ghostoll |
