Hello. I don't know if this topic is in the correct category but i want to know if there is a way to record a personal message on Yealink T19P ip phones.

Hi,
Do you mean you want to record the personal message for the voice mail through T19?
If yes ,please refer to below steps :
1. Register your account on the T19 phone
2. Dial the code to connect to the voice mail box, for example for broadsoft, the voice mail code is *86
3. Enter the passcode of the voice mail then connect to the voice mail.
4. Change the voice mail greeting according to the IVR.

Hello Flora.
Phone is already registered with number 10021, and via web interface on Advanced settings there is field "Voice Mail" that is blank. What i have to do after?

Who is your provider? Each one has a different number for Voicemail access. The phone does not have its own voicemail greeting/storage.
