Or the 4 individual files that are inside?

I have the T23G, with Firmware 44:84:0:125, and Hardware 44.0.0.16.0.0.0
When I go into Network>Advance
I select Active Enable
upload my OPENVPN.tar file I see upload success, but the the VPN does not stay Enabled.
Can someone tell me how to solve this please?
