Does anybody know if there is a way to turn off the speakerphone function through the programming on the telephone so the user will not be able to have a handsfree call?

thanks for your question , for this request , may i know that why you need this ? as it is not so reasonable that nobody can use the Speaker mode

you can try to lock all keys of the phone to see if that is OK , web page path :

Settings -> Phone lock -> enable and lock all keys

if you mean the incoming call , then there is no parameter to limit it for the present , for outgoing call , you can use phone lock all keys.

Unfortunatelly, you cannot do it from the phone itself, you have to import configuration file or thru autoprovision.
