I am evaluating the T2x series phones and would like to export the settings of one of my phones to use that as the template for provisioning additional phones.
How do I turn the .bin file that I get from the "Export" function into a .cfg file (or xml)?

Unfortunately you cannot change a .bin into a .cfg file
But most of it is in plain english and you can take the common.cfg and y000000000000.cfg file and alter it accordingly - then you can provision as many as you wish
