Phone won't provision - thermel31 - 05-06-2015 08:46 AM We use the T42G and T46G phones but we have had an issue with the provisioning process awhile now. Our platform to deliver our phone configuration files is Broadworks Device Management system. The phone we enter in the correct provisioning URL, along with the username and password and the phone will download the firmware we have set in the configuration file (28.73.193.50.rom) successfully. After the firmware is downloaded we have to factory reset the phone and then put in the the provisioning server info again. Once this is done then the phone will download the rest of the configuration files. I have attached the level 6 log file after hitting the autoprovision now button in the phone's GUI. Is there a setting I'm missing? Hi , I have checked the log file , it seems the phone can't connect to the server normally so that auto provisioning is failed. so do you mean the scenario in your side is like below, 1. phone's current version is not 28.73.193.50 for example it is 28.73.193.40 2. manually configure the provisioning URL/user name /password for the phone, under the provisioning server, includes provisioning files which contain firmware upgrade and other setting for example time zone 3. let the phone do auto provisioning , the phone will upgrade to the version 28.73.193.50 but after it back to idle states, the phone doesn't configure the other settings for example time zone 4. you need to reset the phone to factory default and then manually configure the URL and user name password again 5. and let the phone do auto provisioning again , the phone will download the rest of the setting and configured them right ? if yes, please let me know the current version of T46 , before upgrade to the 50 version and send us your auto provisioning files that I can try to reproduce the issue in my side .you can send them to support@yealink.com. The one that I last tried was 28.73.193.45 to 28.73.193.50. I just checked the files your uploaded but it seems they are just the template files. What I need is the Repository File which are the files the phone can download from the server .
