Local Phonebook Error - james@intouchcomms.co.uk - 05-06-2015 12:21 AM I have been stuck with this issue for a few hours now and any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a list of names and numbers on a word document which I am trying to upload to a Yealink T46G handset. I know word is not supported so I copied and pasted the lists to a csv file. I can upload the contacts to a the handset but the CSV file removes the first 0 so none of the contacts can be called. Any ideas on what I can do to resolve the issue? RE: Local Phonebook Error - James_Yealink - 05-06-2015 12:38 AM Hi James, Please try these method: 1. Change the unit format in the CSV file. 2. Create a dial plan which will automatically add a 0 to these number. 3. Use a XML file to import contact.
