Hi everyone.
Recently , we have got a problem with the handset of one of our T46G phones when the user picks up the handset after receiving a call she can`t hear anything, complete silence, she is able to hear with speaker, also no such problem when I replaced the handset with other one from T42G , the problem isn't continuous it could happen several times during day, after unplugging from the cord or restarting the phone it works.

Hi Narek,

Please do a firmware upgrading and facotry resetting.
If problem persist, it should be a hardware issue. Please contact your vendor for hlep if the phone is under warranty.

It seems that firmware upgrade helped, after one week no complains.
