T46G handset problem - Narek - 05-04-2015 07:46 PM Hi everyone. Recently , we have got a problem with the handset of one of our T46G phones when the user picks up the handset after receiving a call she can`t hear anything, complete silence, she is able to hear with speaker, also no such problem when I replaced the handset with other one from T42G , the problem isn't continuous it could happen several times during day, after unplugging from the cord or restarting the phone it works. Please contact your vendor for hlep if the phone is under warranty.
