Different ringtones T38 - nbp - 04-28-2015 05:43 PM Hi I would like to have two different ringtones. One ringtone when a customer calls the office, another ringtone if a call is transfered internally. In other words: I want to be able to hear if it is a call "from outside" or a transferred call from a colleague. Any ideas? Thanks RE: Different ringtones T38 - Yealink_Peter - 04-28-2015 06:40 PM Hi, You can use the Distinctive Ring Tones features to define the different rules, but should support by your pbx server, please get help from your server provider. For Distinctive Ring Tones feature: How to Use Distinctive Ringtone on Yealink SIP-T3XG Phones Rev_70.0 Thank you! Is the suggested solution the only possibility for me? Thanks. When an incoming call comes from this group, it will rings up differs to the phone common ringtones. Thank you! If the "outside" call is transfered by internal extension via Attended or Semi-Attended mode, it will ring by the group ring tones, equals the internal call calls in. Thank you!
