Battery not working in W52 - MJAusman - 04-13-2015 10:25 PM I have 5 W52 handsets with their own bases. They do not hold a charge for more than about 45 minutes at a time - after having spent the night on their bases. We've had the phones less than a year. How can this be resolved? We loose customers mid-call because he phones drop the charge. Thank you for your guidance.
