I have 5 W52 handsets with their own bases. They do not hold a charge for more than about 45 minutes at a time - after having spent the night on their bases. We've had the phones less than a year.
How can this be resolved? We loose customers mid-call because he phones drop the charge.

Dear MJ,
Please note that the battery issue has been fixed with our V73 firmware. Please firstly upgrad them to the latest and test again:
