No audio in handset; headset and speaker work fine - jphelps - 04-10-2015 11:44 PM I am looking for troubleshooting steps to resolve and potentially determine if this is a hardware issue. Speaker phone works and the headset jack does as well. If yes, it should be a hardware problem.
