DND probs with Broadsoft - Digicel AFG - 03-26-2015 10:36 PM Hello, We encounter a problem when using the DND on our phones and T42 T46. We did an upgrade of frimware: T42: 29.73.193.50 T46: 28.73.193.50 We used Commes PBX: BroadSoft r.18 sp1 On the phone when we activate the DND function, we continue to receive calls. It would cause to say that the DND feature is not activated on the phone. Would there be a way to fix this? Regards. Do all numbers can call in? or just for some? As we know, if we enable the DND Emergency, the DND authorized numbers still can call in. Thank you. Perhaps you can try resetting one phone to factory test. If still persists after resetting, please upload the syslog at level 6, config.bin, PCAP trace. Thank you. Perhaps you can try resetting one phone to factory test. => All the phone do the same. => Same with factory test => We test with a new phone : put the new firmware, add a account on it (in this case, we don't use the auto provisionning, select DND, test an incomming call) => DND doesn't work, we receive incomming call (DND emergency disabled) If still persists after resetting, please upload the syslog at level 6, config.bin, PCAP trace. => All the file are attached Regards. When this feature is enable, the phone will sync the DND&Forward status with the server, it is the server block or forward calls. Also you can disable this feature via auto provision: bw.feature_key_sync = 0 " It works perfectly. The phone does not ring, it just says that we have received a call.
