Hi, i have a question
I need to forward all calls a other extension, but i need to this extension can to pass the important call to me. Example
I have the extension 115 all calls to my extension, forward to extension 114, this is the extension to my secretary, but i need her pass me the important calls.
The problem its, if she pass me the calls, the phone forward to 114.
I can to program something to, pass me only the calls to extension 114??

Dear,
To cover this situation we suggest to use BLF+call pickup feature:
1. On secretary's phone, configure the BLF to monitor ext:115
2. If there is a call to 115, the BLF light on 114 will notice, and your secretary call directly pickup the incoming call.
3. For important calls, your secretary can transfer to you.
Will this OK for you?

or perhaps your pbx allows exclusions. or put another extension on your phone that only the admin knows and forwards calls to you.
